Marie “Sue” Lee Apo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Miriam College and an MBA from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business. With over 20 years of experience across IT, Human Resources, and Restaurant Operations, she has built a strong track record in leadership and operations.

Sue joined Transitions executive search + hr business solutions as a Business Partner in 2017, was promoted to Director of Operations in 2018, and appointed Managing Director in 2026. She currently leads the Philippine executive search team, championing personalized client partnerships while driving the development of the company’s Organizational Development (OD) practice.
