Rey is a seasoned HR leader with nearly two decades of experience across a diverse range of industries, including integrated resorts, manufacturing, retail, beauty and aesthetics, business process outsourcing, and healthcare. With deep expertise in talent management, organizational development, and culture building, Rey has consistently delivered strategic HR solutions that drive operational excellence and business growth.

Most recently, Rey led human resources for several prominent organizations: a multinational medical device company known for its innovations in sleep health, a trendsetting Philippine lifestyle retail brand, a premier provider of high-end medical aesthetics services, and one of the country’s top coconut-based food exporters. He also played a key role in the pre-opening teams of two major integrated resorts in the Philippines.

Throughout his career, Rey has built scalable HR systems, fostered positive workplace cultures, and implemented impactful performance and succession strategies. He is known for his collaborative leadership style, people-first mindset, and passion for cultivating vibrant work environments where teams can thrive and reach their full potential.
