Luz holds an Honorary Doctor of Business Administration and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership & Business Innovation from the University of West Los Angeles, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and Valedictorian. She is also a recipient of the Distinguished & Outstanding UWLA Alumni Award in Leadership Value.
Her career spans HR, Payroll, and Finance leadership across global industries, with deep expertise in M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) integration, HR transformation, payroll operations, and organizational development.
She began her career in accounting before rising to HR Manager at a publicly traded software company—giving her a cross-functional perspective at the intersection of people, process, compliance, and performance. She has also served as Regional Director of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Rotary Club District 3820 and Area Chairperson of Accountancy & Legal Management at De La Salle Lipa, where she led academic programs to top board examination results.
Today, Luz advises executives and organizations through change, cultural transformation, and workforce strategy—blending data-driven decision-making with human-centered leadership to reduce risk, improve profitability, and build cultures where people thrive.
