Jeannie Pilapil, Chairperson and President of Transitions executive search + hr business solutions is a dynamic leader with extensive experience in hospitality, executive recruitment, and business
management.

A graduate of Saint Paul University, Philippines, with a Bachelor’s degree in Foods & Nutrition, Jeannie began her career as a Sales Manager of Hyatt Regency Manila. Subsequently, she became the Sales Director of Puerto Azul Beach Hotel, further honing her skills in sales and client relations in the hospitality industry.

From 1990 to 2007, Jeannie thrived in diverse management roles. She was Vice President for Distribution in pharmaceuticals who was responsible for its nationwide expansion; an international media correspondent showcasing adaptability; and Vice President for Operations across multiple organizations before transitioning to hospitality executive search consultancy.

In 2008, she founded Transitions Executive Search, Inc. which was initially focused on hospitality talent acquisition. She later expanded its services to industries such as real estate, energy, healthcare, education, NGOs, aviation, railway, retail, distribution, manufacturing, and other organizations with critical talent acquisition needs.

In 2025, under Jeannie’s leadership, Transitions evolved into a provider of comprehensive HR solutions, integrating innovative technology with personalized, relationship-driven processes, solidifying her reputation as a trusted industry leader.
