Judy Ann Medina is a dynamic business development and administrative professional with a strong foundation in hospitality and corporate operations. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Industry in 2018, equipping her with a service-oriented mindset and operational discipline that continue to define her leadership style.

She began her professional career in 2019 with Q&A Kitchen + Bar, where she served as Administrative Officer before advancing to Captain Waitress—demonstrating early capability in team supervision, customer relations, and operational coordination.

In 2021, Judy joined Qmunity Inc. as an Office Assistant and steadily rose to the position of Office Manager in 2024. 

Concurrently serving as Business Development & Administration Manager at Transitions Executive Search, Inc., Judy plays a strategic role in expanding the firm’s candidate and client network while supporting the development of new business verticals.
