We’re thrilled to welcome Rey as the newest member of our team of outstanding associates!
Rey is a seasoned HR leader with nearly 2 (two) decades of experience across a wide range of industries — from integrated resorts and manufacturing to retail, aesthetics, BPO, and healthcare. He’s led HR teams at some of the country’s most recognizable brands, built strong organizational cultures, and delivered people strategies that drive real business results.
Most recently, Rey held key HR leadership roles in a global medical device company, a trendsetting Philippine lifestyle retailer, a top-tier medical aesthetics provider, and a major coconut-based food exporter. He’s also played a big role in launching two major integrated resorts here in the Philippines.
